Creating Peace - September 26
The event of the year. Hundreds of
enthusiastic peace lovers and peace workers joined together with illustrious
speakers such as David Lynch, Dr. Robert Muller and Dr. John Hagelin to discuss
new alternatives to peace making in the world. Musical group Samite from Uganda
entertained the huge group with a concert in the evening, inspiring everyone
(including the speakers) to get up and groove to the sounds. It was an amazing
event and truly wonderful experience. Look for more information on this website
very soon.

World Peace Assemblies
The curriculum at Maharishi University of
Management includes regular world peace assemblies that the entire student body
and the community participate in. This has been the tradition at the University
since it was founded 30 years ago. Several hundred
people gather to meditate twice a day for an extended time. This creates what is
known as the "Maharishi Effect", causing waves of peace to ripple throughout
society. It's the most important thing we can do for peace.
